The farm produces grapes which are used in a local cooperative to make wine. During your cooking class in the Piedmont, together with Luca, Maria and Cinzia you will prepare a full menu from mouthwatering appetizers all the way to a delicious dessert! Your hosts will share their wealth of knowledge of local traditions, wines and foods throughout the lesson. When you have finished your lesson it is time to relax and enjoy the meal you have prepared together in a special tasting menu full of seasonal favorites and a wine tasting with Cinzia.
