Pizza master Chef Giovanni will greet you and take you into the kitchen to begin your lesson. Your pizza making cooking class starts with the most important part: making the dough. After learning the art of dough making and kneeding, Giovanni, with the help of his friendly interpreter, will tell you the difference between different styles of pizza throughout Italy and discuss the Naples traditions - where pizza was invented and where Giovanni is from. Now it is time to light the oven, a traditional wood fired pizza oven. Learn about the wood, how to heat the oven and properly move the wood to be able to cook your delicious pizzas later. Next up is a lesson in rolling the different shapes and varieties of pizza complete with different delicious toppings! Giovanni prides himself on using only the freshest and best ingredients for his award winning pizzas. After your pizzas are in the oven, you can relax on the beautiful restaurant terrace and sip some wine and before you know it you will be tasting the pizza delights you have created together!
