ABOUT THIS SERVICE Hands On Cooking Class in Alba In this special cooking class near Alba in the Piedmont, you will learn how to create delicious Piemontese favorites whilst being inspired by a local chefs trained in the Langhe with agenuine passion for Piemontese foods. Located in a restored castle in a small Piemontese village, trained chef Stefano compares the creation of his dishes to a piece of symphony orchestra music. Stefano uses selected natural ingredients and innovated ideas to create dishes rich with passion and taste. To Stefano, each plate has a story to tell about Alba, and the Piedmont; and should always be unique and original. Stefanos theory is that it is possible to re-create the same dish a thousand times using the same ingredients and techniques, but this plate will never be the same since the mood and emotions are unique with each individual preparation. Stefano’s passion for food and wine is contagious as he shares his secrets and love of Le Langhe with you in the luxurious ambiance of the restructured Castello which overlooks the Valley del Tanaro. You will cook a four course meal with Stefano in a modern kitchen infused with the smells and sounds of Italian cuisine.
