The highest quality seasonal, local ingredients are the basis for a creative yet traditional gourmet cuisine. Among their many specialities are: chestnut flour lasagnettaÂ� with ricotta cheese, buristoÂ� salame and tomatoes on a cauliflower sauce bed, roasted pigeon with lard and baked onions, cheese and red beet-root souffle with grilled courgettes, capers and anchovy dressing, tiramisu with chocolate biscuits and coffee, black chocolate souffle with spicy garlic.   What's Included in Your Inventive Tuscan Cooking Class Hands-on Tuscan cooking lesson with top restaurant chefs in their professional restaurant kitchen (class lasts approx. 2 hours).
