SAUTEED SWISS CHARD (SIDE DISH) Ingredients: Swiss chard, garlic, chilli pepper, extra-virgin olive oil.Quickly boil the swiss chard so that it is still euroal denteeuro, then drain it removing as much water as possible. Place on a chopping board and coarsely chop the chard using a knife or a half-moon chopper. Pour enough extra-virgin olive oil to cover the bottom of a non-stick frying pan, bring it to the heat, and add 3-4 halved garlic cloves and some chili pepper, if you like it. When the oil begins to fry, add the chard to the pan, salt and complete the cooking over a medium flame.
