Ingredients for Tiramis150 gr powered confectionereuros sugar4 egg yolks2 egg whites400 gr mascarpone cheese1 1/2 cups espresso coffee40 ladyfingerscoffeeChocolate powderHow to prepare TiramisIn a large bowl, whisk the sugar with the egg yolks until thick, foamy and pale. Whisk in the mascarpone and the egg whitespreviously whipped to stiffness. Spread the mascarpone in a rectangular dish. Line with half of the ladyfingers and, using aspoon, pour some coffee over these and then spread some more mascarpone over them. Repeat with a second layer ofladyfingers, coffee, and the remaining mixture. Sprinkle the surface with chocolate powder. Cool in fridge for at least three hours.
